What is a virtual office?
A virtual office is a shared, fully furnished and staffed office that your business uses as its official address for SEC, BIR, DTI, LGU and bank registration, and on your website, business cards and marketing. Receptionists receive your mail and parcels, answer calls in your business name and welcome your guests, and you can book meeting rooms and use the business lounge.
Is a virtual office legal in the Philippines?
Yes. A virtual office is acknowledged as an alternative office by the SEC, DTI and BIR, and the vOffice address can be used for company incorporation, VAT registration and local government requirements.
How long does it take to set up a virtual office?
Your account can be activated within 24 hours of receiving your registration. You'll need a signed proposal, a valid ID and proof of payment. Your business registration documents are ready for pickup within 48 hours of your welcome email.
How much does a virtual office cost in Manila?
vOffice virtual office plans start at PHP31,635 for 12 months, about PHP2,636 per month. Serviced offices start at PHP14,000 per month and meeting rooms at PHP900 per hour.
Can I use a virtual office to incorporate my company?
Yes. Over 65% of our customers use their virtual office to incorporate. We provide the documents you need for business registration and offer a bundle price for virtual office plus company incorporation in Makati or Taguig.
How much does it cost to incorporate a company in the Philippines?
A One Person Corporation starts at PHP55,000 and a Filipino-majority domestic corporation at PHP75,000. For more than 40% foreign ownership, a foreign-owned domestic corporation starts at PHP150,000 (about USD2,670), and a branch or representative office at PHP145,000 (about USD2,595). Fees include legal, professional and government fees; foreign set-ups take about 2–4 months.
Can I register for VAT with my virtual office address?
Yes, you can use your vOffice virtual office address to register for VAT with the BIR.
Can I register a virtual office for PEZA?
No. PEZA certification requires more than 10 square metres of space, so a virtual office doesn't qualify. Our serviced offices are an option if you want to proceed with a PEZA application.
How does the local phone number work?
Our receptionists answer your calls using your company name and can forward them to your preferred number, unlimited. If you miss a forwarded call, we send you the caller's details by email.
Can my guests visit me at my virtual office?
Yes. You can receive guests at your chosen virtual office address and book a meeting or conference room through your online portal. We suggest booking 2–4 days ahead, though if a room is free you can book and use it right away. Cancellations are free up to 24 hours before your booking.
Can I upgrade my plan or get paid for referrals?
You can upgrade anytime, and the balance of your current plan carries over. Our vAmbassador referral program pays up to 15% commission on each successful referral.
